VATAdigest tablets consist of the well-known traditional formula Hingvashtaka, a combination of Hing (Asa Foetida) with seven other ingredients. Vata (air) in the digestive tract arises from a disturbed Apana Vata Dosha, is troublesome and can lead to discomfort. Hingvashtaka Churna is an effective combination to balance Apana Vata and remove this uncomfortable disturbance (from Ayurvedic traditional knowledge, not scientifically proven).

2 x 2 tablets daily with meals. The daily dose contains: 160 mg asafoetida extract and 30 mg polyphenols. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
